Ace Cafe is widely recognized as a mecca for the motorcycle enthusiest. Every year they organize a ride that leaves from central London and ends up in Brighton Beach and is called "The Brighton Bash Up". Joe Dryden was invited to perform for Ace Cafe and the 80,000 motorcyclists that attended the ride. "This event was enourmous, hands down the most bikes I have ever seen, from mopeds, to sportbikes, Harleys, and anything else you can think of, this was one of the coolest events I have ever ridden for" said Joe. To round out his trip, Joe was invited by good friends Jon Moore and Terry Grant to ride at the European Drag Racing Finals held at Santa Pod.
Indianapolis Moto GP!
Indianapolis, Indiana
Indianapolis, Indiana was the location for the 2nd Annual Red Bull Moto GP event and the last round of the XDL Sportbike Freestyle Championship. Joe "Vertical" Dryden had a fantastic weekend placing 2nd in the Spped & Strength Sickest Trick competition with a precision stoppie variation. "The competitors were hungry for this one, and alot of the worlds best riders really went big, I am extremely excited that I was able to execute my trick and put the Aprilia on the podium" said Dryden. Joe rounded out the weekend as 1 of a few invited riders to perform at Indianapolis Motor Speedway before the GP race on Sunday. Joe Vertical will be joining Nick "Apex" Brocha and Ernie "E-Dub" Vigil on the beautiful island of Aruba to bring street freestyle to a place it has never been before! "I mean, whats not to be excited about? Getting a chance to perform with good friends on an amazing island is truly a blessing" said Dryden.
