Background-Joe "Vertical" Dryden has been on two wheels almost his whole life. His obsession with two wheels grew into a passion at the age of 7, when he was given a Suzuki DS 80 dirt bike for christmas by his father. Staying involved with motocross, as well as BMX through his teen years made his transition into street motorcycles all that more comfortable. Joe's first sportbike would come at the age of 20. On a blustery Febuary day in New England, Joe wondered into the local Yamaha dealer to purchase a snowmobile. When the sled that he had set out to get was gone, a shiny R6 caught his eye. Not wanting to leave empty handed, he purchased the bike, and his obsession with streetbikes began. Over the course of the next 8 years, Joe "Vertical" Dryden would help pave the way for the sport of Freestyle Streetbike as well as be considered among the best riders in the world.
